Monitoring is based on pre-set topics and keywords.
The keywords represent the terms you want to monitor. This can be, for example, your company name, the names of company representatives, competitors, events or even general topic areas. There are clear rules for keywords so that only relevant outputs are always searched for in the monitoring.
To make the monitoring clearer, you have the option to divide your keyword groups into so-called Topics. Within the topics, you have the option of specific settings, for example, to choose a specific list of media sources in which the terms will be searched.
